  1. Hi Madeleine and Patsy - love your idea for stamps .. I've been doing that too and one day will use the marketing blurb and also use the stamps!!

Writing anywhere anytime - perhaps I'll be able to do that in due course - I miss driving around, as my thoughts seem to come then (no not in petrol shortage time!!!) .. but I don't travel much now - as I see my mother 6 or 7 days a week. Journeys are always good thinking time ...

Cheers and have good weekends .. Happy congratulations Patsy for today - good snippets here Madeleine .. cheers Hilary

  2. Good to meet you Patsy! Good luck with your novel. Thanks for hosting Madeleine.

  3. It was great meeting you, Patsy.

I also believe in doing something everyday in the name of writing. And that sounds like a great challenge, one that motivates.

  4. Wow, a short story every week. Impressive!

  5. Hi Madeleine and Patsy. Good luck to Patsy for her novel.

  6. Hi Patsy and hi Madeleine,
I saw a most delightful snippet of your book over at "A Likely Story" by the lovely Teresa. Penny the Jack Russell dog and modest internet star left you a most pawsitive comment.
Anyway Patsy, happy writing, but, my goodness, "I've been writing for ten years." Patsy, you really should get some sleep :)
May you both and all those who are wowed by this delightful site, have a peaceful and positive weekend.

  7. Nice to meet you Patsy.

W1S1 is an excellent challenge for getting your short stories out there. I hope to join you all sometime. Good luck in meeting your weekly goals.

  8. I too am impressed by Patsy submitting one new short story a week - on top of her day job and all that blogging and social networking...
I'm exhausted just thinking about it!

  9. Thanks, everyone! (I confess the short story a week has slipped a little this month with all the book promotion stuff. I intend to average one a week for the year though and am still on track for that.)

Gary, I do sleep sometimes, but as I plot in my sleep I think that still counts as writing time. ;-)

  10. I love your interviews Madeleine, and an excellent subject! Thanks for sharing, Patsy :-)

  11. Hi Patsy! I love writing every day. It keeps the creativity flowing. Good luck with your book.
